Review: I have been dealing with [redacted]'s company he is suppose to complete the set up of my manufacture home. It has now been sitting on the house pad incomplete for 2 years now. I have mice issues and wild life living under my house due to the fact that is has not been sealed up for an extended period of time. I have 3 young children in the house that I am concerned with their health. I have called [redacted] at least fifty time to see when it will be completed. Most of the time he tells me he will be up next week and never shows up without a phone call. The portion of the time he doesn't answer or gives excuses on why he hasn't finished yet. I have heard them all. When he does show up he gets a days worth of work done and I don't see any more work done for months at a time. I am tired of calling him and being lied to. I spent around $10,000 for his services and I feel that he would not complete the work given the oppertunity. I purchased the home from California Homes Direct and they hired [redacted] to do the set up. When I ask them for help, they pass the buck saying thet I hired [redacted] to do the set up of the house. [redacted]'s company is what they use for the set up of houses that they sell. I am getting the run around but I am not getting what I paid for.
