Not organized or trustworthy, in my opinionWe were given an erroneous contract that I did not notice while busy planning our daughters weddingThe driver went to the wrong hotel causing several of our family & friends to be late which delayed the start of the ceremony and then the receptionThey then called me days after the wedding trying to charge for extra time (because driver went to wrong hotel!) and exaggerated the condition of the vehicle after guests exitedI feel they took advantage of the situation and “bullied” me into just paying the fee without providing proof (i.e., pictures)They also failed to provide driver name & phone number the day of the event as they said they would....this may have also prevented the wrong hotel issueVery disappointed as this was the only problem we had on our daughter’s beautiful dayI would have (probably should have) challenged their claim if I wasn’t so grateful for everything and everyone else that helped make that day special

Our organization uses Quality Limousine quite a bitAll of the drivers are always on time and are professional, polite and friendlyI would use them (and plan to) over and over!!!

On or around February 9, 2018, I contacted Quality Limousine to make reservations for transport on May and June When I received my credit card statement later in the month for February, I noticed charges of $and $for transport on these two future dates I immediately called Quality Limousine (March 1) and asked why they were requesting payment over three months before the service was to be deliveredA lady explained that it was their practice to bill as soon as reservations are made regardless of the amount of time before the service is provided I explalined my surprise and dissatisfaction SHe acknowledgedI then stated that I would like to cancel the reservation with the option to call again & make reservations closer to the actual service datesWithout hesitation, she stated that she would cancel and notify the credit card company I thanked her Next day (March 2), I notified the credit card company of the erroneous charge on my statement, informed them t
