Review: on May 2nd Quality landscaping came out and mulched my property and also added some plants. There was no issue until a few days later when in several of our mulched beds grass started growing. I have mulched every year in these beds for the last 5 years and never had grass growing in them. I dug down to see where it was growing from and it was just the very top. Im assuming what happened was they used a truck where they previously had grass seed in the bottom and scooped up both and that is why it is growing in several big areas where they mulched. I did not spread any grass seed at all in my yard in front yard and in back, there is no grass at all. I called quality to have them come take a look and rectify the situation and the owner Bob said that he has no time to come out and that I should just spray round up because its probably weeds. I explained that it was definitely grass and he said well then you can pay me to come and spray it because it wasn't his fault and then hung up on me! I paid him $2640.00 cash because that's how he wanted to be paid so there was no way to stop a check or anything like that. I have been living in my home for 5 years and have mulched every year. There has never, ever been grass growing in any of my beds. Weeds, yes but never grass. Can you please help?Thanks for anything you can do.Desired Settlement: I would like them to come out and get rid of the grass that is growing and remulch those areas so I don't have to remove it myself and re-mulch because what was the point of getting it done if I have to do this.
