Quality Inn & Suites

I wanna start off by saying I lost my 5 month old a couple of days ago and they didn’t make things ANY EASIER basically the whole Issue is me not getting a refund on accout of all the problems that arise
At the initial check in all started once we arrived to check in. There was a total of 5 people all together 4 adults & a 2 year old child I had initially only put 3 adults down because I wasn’t sure if my sister and nephew would be able to make it they ended up getting work off considering the circumstances and we’re able to come along to. yeah things change as a hotel you accomadate people right? Or so I thought? So he begin saying we can’t fit that many people I’m that room which was a standard queen so he begsn talking to someone on the phone once he came back I then told him considering the circumstances and how where here visiting this is Very inconvenient and he begins with ma’am I didn’t say were Weren’t going to accommodate your going to have to upgrade your room and pay more money... Okay that’s fine but you never said that at first so We begin The process again be ask us all these standard hotel questions states there’s a 45 dollar “damage” fee on top of the 106.00 they already charged. So then this lady eventually takes over she was calm & very professional at first so we’re almost done and near the end she’s going through the whole list of what he JUST went though no this no that ect ect. At this point I just wanna get checked in and go be with my family.... so I ask okay is there any other rules and regulations we should know about and this man becomes so irate and hostile just going all of saying if you don’t wanna stay here you can leave and I ask him to walk away bc this lady and I were fine and he would not walk away the I ended up walking away bawling the cops ended up getting called bc they couldn’t act professional and give me their info over the phone to file a complaint and what not so I’m upset I’m out of money considering we didn’t stay bc or the way they acted
