After checking my bank statement I was not charged for the stayPlease close my complaint

I was informed of the issue the day after the consumer stayed. He had already checked out from the hotel. I immediately credited the customer's credit card for the stay so he was not
charged. I tried to email him several times and call but the number we have on file may be an old one since the customer has stayed with us before. If there is any more I can do, please feel free to contact me.Thank you.*** ***
