Hello Dispute Resulation Dept As per above mentioned complaint with Houston Revdex.com,We had several Supervisors had stayed at the property with their construction crew from *** *** Thru *** ***They had booked several rooms and all charges were authrized by individual crew supervisor
under credit card ending ***Hotel had made all charges as per room and price had been approved by supervisorsWe had given special rate to the company since they had contractors stayed for several monthswe have only made charges as per their stayed ther are no additional charges have made top the company card and as supervisor and crew checked out , we have provided hotel folio with their chargesPlease call me on cell *** *** *** if need additional info Thank you, *** ***

Me *** *** istatement is wrong, we authorised only *** *** *** to stay in the hotel and per hotel record , and statement he was the only one who stayed from *** **, through *** *** *** His front desk send us the report for these days and the total amount added to $4,500.00, and he charged to my credit card $10, His front desk is agreed that it was error from their side and he will provide me full credit, later *** the owner refused to do so, at this point I have no choice except to file a claim in civil court in *** *** to get my money back along with intrest and attorney fees.I am putting them days notice to resolve the matter or I will go to Civil Court, I filed complain to FBI last month and now my nest step to resolve through Civil Court Trgards*** ***President
