November 23, [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] ***Re: # [redacted] Dear [redacted] Enclosed please find a record of all the guest that have stayed in Room [redacted] since 8/15/through 11/21/as you see almost every single day, we have had guest staying in that room and we have not had -complaint.As the date that your complaint states: shows that the guest that is in the room is with the [redacted] ***, Which is check in Friday night 8/25/and checked out late Sunday afternoon, 8/27/2017(our contract with this group is late check out on Sunday, we are unable to clean those rooms till the next day and cannot resale on Sunday night) Definitely 100% sure that Room *** does not have any bedbug experience in that room as of to date(per attachment copy)Bedbugs travel with people that bring bedbugs with them, it could come from the grocery store, restaurants or any guest that has visited their residence, which any person has contact with many places over a week's time If there was any bed bugs in Room ***, the guest would know it that day, not waiting until 1-week later to start showing bites, it could Not have been possible for the bedbugs to come from our hotelAgain I have not had any complaints from any of the many guest that stayed in that room before and until today's date, 11/24/In addition: hotel does take this very seriously regarding, hotel cleanliness and prevention programs fro guest rooms and public areasOur Housekeeping employees have been trained to monitor fro any bedbug activityWe definitely know the problem that Mrs [redacted] is stating in the complaint did not come from her visit to our hotelIf you wish to discuss this further please feel free to contact me at anytime.Sincerely, [redacted] General Manager
