Quality Inn Convention Center

Review: I booked this hotel after reading the reviews on their website ([redacted]). However, when we went to checkin, it was a completely different story. It was not cleaned, smells dirty, electrical plugs didn't work in the bathroom. It seems it was never been cleaned. Bed sheets, bed covers were dirty. We didn't expect to see this when we were paid this amount of money. We paid $325 for one night for one-small two double bed room. We believe we have been overcharged by this hotel and they didn't provide the services for the money we spent. It is a two star hotel, but according to their website it has 4 start reviews.Desired Settlement: They should return portion of the money back to us. I would not complain if the hotel rate was 180-90.
