Quality Inn Coliseum

Review: Hello, I am a member of Choice hotels.Actually, I already made my best to to solve this issue: Fifth times of e-mails and twice calling with representative of Choice hotels. I would like to deliver my complaint about recent stay. Originally, I have a reservation based on free night stay. When I tried to check in that hotel (October 16, 2014), Quality Inn Coliseum (531 Akron Dr Winston-Salem, NC 27105), I told the confirmation number of my reservation which meant a free night. But he did not understand the meaning of free night and disregard what I mentioned. I was very frustrated when he compelled to demand me to pay by my credit card. I have no option about it because it was almost midnight at the check-in, I was tired. Even though I got the room of 420, it was the corner room and stinky with bad smell. I did not like that room but I did not talk the front person for replacement request because he might not care about it. Next day morning, I received a receipt about this stay which showed how much they imposed my credit card. ($ 73.28) Please consider what I felt that.
