Quality Inn and Suites

Rented the room so my family could swim and have a little adventure. I called and asked about pool and they said yes they have and indoor pool so I reserved the room and took my my son to surprise him. Turns out the pool hasn’t been working and wasn’t sure when it would be fixed after talking to one employee they said they were not allowed to say pool wasn’t working. I asked to speak to manager and his name *** he wouldn’t return my calls and I literally kept going to lobby to see if I could catch him when I finally did he said yes they have a pool and we we’re first to sleep on mattresses so there isn’t a problem. He eventually gave me 15% off of the 2 night stay however this was fraud! He knew pool wasn’t working am I supposed to ask do u have a pool and if so is it working that’s dishonest and just unrealistic.
