Review: IOn Dec 28, 2013, I gave Mr. Duplease $2,000.00, a deposit to install 14 windows at my rental property on 5845 Estelle St. He told me it will take two weeks to order the windows. I've been calling and shooting e-mail to him after two weeks to get promises of next weeks and now he totally ignores all my e-mails. I have no idea if he will do the work or just get the deposit and left me hanging. This is taking too long and his silence made me worry he might not do the work. Please help.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back so I can go with another vendor.
