There were some unforeseen issues on this job due to plumbing and HVAC. I told the consumer about this and that some things had to be done for the job to be done correctly and pass inspection. He was not happy about it and did not want to pay the additional price. It has been very hard to deal with...

him since that issue. I am not one to quit but paying for the additional cost for the HVAC and plumbing has been hard on our end. I already discounted the job substantially for this consumer. I have had some family issues and it has been rough but I have been doing what I can. We were just there yesterday and we are working on the job. We are moving forward best we can. I do not think they have any negative to say about the quality of the work.  I am just trying to give them the best quality job I  can with the circumstances we are under.
