biteNonetheless, the matter appears to have been resolved to my satisfaction

We did not receive this call from 2&home warranty until 4/2018. 2&provides the water heater which we still have not received as of 10:A.Mon 4/11/2018. We are returning her money, and we will not be installing her water heater. Miss Roberts verbally abuses the
office personnel at Quality Plumbing, and slams down the phone whenever she calls. We will not be servicing Miss Roberts

I will keep he complaint until I received the money and I will post the complaints everywhere else so that other consumers will see the type of shady business they are

2&10 Home Buyers Warranty has still not delivered the water heater, and when they do the heater will not be accepted.  2&10 will have to re-dispatch this call to another company.  Miss Roberts money has been refunded, and we will mail her a copy.
