Just wanted to update this complaintAfter months, we finally received our refinished couch today (12/16) and paid the balanceThe original estimate was for weeks In the end though, the Business did a pretty good jobNot sure if we would have ever seen our couch had we not complained through the Revdex.com and by registered mail, but in the end, things worked outTo be fair, I would like this info added to the file and it was not obvious how to do this online
