A shop that has NOT outgrown its understanding of customer service.. The bid was presented in a low pressure well explained manner. We attempted to get bids from 3 companies. This work is not cheap, and a bit messy so we wanted a quality job for a good price. One company was too busy to give us a bid in a timely manner (30 days out for a bid!). The other company came in with a decent comparable price but at the end of the day, QFR just made more sense to use. I am glad we did. The crew was fun to work with, clean and responsive with the care of the job and our belongings. We had them install approx. 52' of drain tile as well as a sump pump In our basement. Work was done in a timely and incredible efficient manner. The crew has worked together for some time and like and appreciate who they work for, this says a lot in the work by QFR.
