Good evening, My apologies I was out of townWe have had some issues with what has been askedFirst it was a full refund plus redo it for freeThen it was just a one coat process and I admit I missed that appointment through the death of my fatherWhen the job was done they happily paid so I was confused on issuesI will agree to do buff and one coat and reimbursing of hotel fees they occurred if they will allow us one more chanceThat is my only and last offer to make it rightThank you and have a blessed day[redacted] Owner/OperatorQuality Hardwood Floors"The Quality is in our Work"
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Assumed Answered] Complaint: 12727112 I am rejecting this response because: 1. Your response must be another one of your cruel jokes! First of all, the job your one man crew did on our floors was at the least, sub par. We paid you before we had a chance to look closely at the finished floor. You have done other work for us and we have recommended you to others. We trusted you. t was you who offered to resand and recoat the floors. We asked you to come and look at them first so we could possible find an alternative solution. You agrred to look but did not show up at 2 appointments youo made with us. An appointment was made by you to redo. On that day no one showed up at all. We had made a hotel reservation per your instructions that said you would pay for that and meals. There was NO response to our calls and texts at all for well over a month. The only time you did respond was when we texted you to see if you would buff and recoat. You agreed to that and another date was set. We have a text that says "Ipromise you I will be there this time." Unbelieveably you did not show up again! Regards, [redacted]
