Quality Fiberglass Pools

Review: We contracted with [redacted] who represented he owned the company. After some research we have found he has nothing to do with the contractors license, but he is still in collusion with its owner. The plan he presented to us and we approved is no where near the pool he built. Every time we tried to ask questions, we were met with hostility and typically we were asked for more money. We now have a pool that is completely not what we wanted and there are numerous issues that will require over $20K to fix. We have asked numerous times for a resolution, but only a few issues have been fixed. We owe the builder another $1130, however we feel we didn't get what we paid for and have had numerous companies come out and give us quotes to resolve our issues and they are way more than $1130.

The builder has built a sub standard pool and every fix is sub standard as well. Every person that has come out here has looked at their work and wondered how it ever passed inspection. The waterfall they built us as a replacement for the grotto they forgot about is an accident waiting to happen. There are loose rocks on it and every builder after them has said it is the most dangerous feature they have ever seen.Desired Settlement: We are looking for at least $10,000 in cash as a refund. The pool build started in December of 2013 and has never been completed. They built a sub standard pool and to resolve our issues we will need at least $10K, if not $15k to make it the pool they designed and safe.
