Review: Quality Enterprises put a new roof on our house less than a year ago and there are leaks.Desired Settlement: I would like the business to contact me, come view the problem, repair the roof to the quality it should have been in the first place and cover the expense to fix the damage caused.

Response:

We have been back to the consumer’s home and checked the roof. The leak is coming from the chimney cap and not related to any of the roof replacement work we did. We want our customers to be satisfied. They still have 9 years of their 10 year warranty left. If they have any problems, it will be covered by the warranty.
