Quality Design Build's owner Andre G[redacted] signed a contract with me for design documents for a new front fcedil;ade on my home to be completed in 30days which was important because of the winter weather upon us I gave him the full amount he required $3200.00 for the engineer work and other design documents necessary because I trusted him because of one other job that he completed satisfactorily. But this time he never performed any of the promised services nor delivered any of the contractually stipulated plans. We gave him every opportunity to fulfill his obligations but he has shut down and refused to do anything as promised nor refund my money
