I have used this Lawn Cutting "Service" for seasonsFirst season they didn't come for a month(being cut every weeks)Really not bad, they don't do a spectacular job on edging, not a big deal to meThe other thing, I had asked the owner to remove some brush and weeds from the yard several timesHe said, he'd stop to give an estimate never did on any occasion
This season,2015, I asked him to give me an estimate on removing a few dead and downed limbs, nothing huge or that required a chain saw to get rid of, $estimate and he said he'd be there the following week Well, weeks later, no phone call saying, can it wait till next week, or we're backed up, his men show up looking for the limbs, which I told him I already had removed because they were supposed to show up last week
And don't you know it, today I get the bill charging me for the landscaping they didn't do

Well, 2 weeks later, no phone call saying, can it wait till next week, or we're backed up, his men show up looking for the limbs, which I told him I already had removed because they were supposed to show up last week.

And don't you know it, today I get the bill charging me for the landscaping they didn't do.

Review: The lawn service damaged my lawn and cut down flowers when employees cut the lawn June 25. Prior to June 25, I called the owner, [redacted] and left him a message requesting only the front yard and side yards be cut and his employees were not to cut the backyard because the backyard was very wet, and the soaking wet lawn and soil would be damaged if the lawn mower drove on the lawn in the backyard.I confirmed with the employee operating the large lawn mower that the owner told him to not cut the backyard. Despite that, the employee cut the backyard, leaving deep ruts and tracks, torn grass and crushed soil, while a second employee, who was also not to be in the backyard, used an electric trimmer and cut down some flowers. I have photos of all damage.I immediately called the owner and left a detailed message about the damaged lawn, the destroyed flowers and asked him to call me. The owner has not returned my call.Desired Settlement: I request replacement value of the flowers. The approximate purchase price of the plants destroyed was $75.
