I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  
The last response from Roger quoted a text from me stating that I would contact him after the first of the year. Roger then responded with this text on December 19, 2018:“Haven't forgot. Have a Merry Christmas.”From this I surmised that Roger would contact me after January 1, 2018 which is what I have been waiting for.  [redacted]
