The owner of this Company stole money from his customers A judgment was obtained against him on August 11, for a portion of what he misappropriated The customers gave [redacted] cash for the materials that he said that he needed He pocketed the cash and the plaintiffs were not able to recover these amounts However, the plaintiffs were successful in getting a judgment for the amount that was forwarded by cheque When [redacted] was contacted to pay the judgment, he threatened to claim bankruptcy if collection proceedings were instituted The plaintiffs in this case were "vulnerable" individuals The Court went to the extraordinary extent of awarding significant costs due to [redacted] 's deceptive behavior [redacted] is aware of this judgment but refuses to pay the same
