of this no cost program. I have personally talked to Miss [redacted] and explained to her that even in her comments our Outreacher told her possible repairs. The thing is we are tightening the home by installing these measures. This all hinges on the appliances that are in the home. When you have gas appliances you have to have air in order for those appliances properly. Mrs [redacted] has two major gas appliances in her apartment a 40 gallon water heater at 40,000 btu's and a wall furnace at 50,000 btu's. So in order for these appliances to work properly she would need 4500 cubic feet of air. Her apartment only has 3600 cubic feet this was explained to her by the installers that went to her home. So non infiltration measures were installed such as low flow shower heads, faucet aerators and thermostatic shower valve. We do have her on the schedule to receive attic insulation for next week. I also explained to her that I could not comment on her mother-in-law's home as I did not have permission from her to do so as they have different last names.
