Quality Complete Auto Care

I hired Lee to paint 4 golf cart bodies for my business. To make it easy on him they were all the same color, Patriot Blue. He dropped the bodies off when I wasn't there and unfortunately my employee didn't look at the work and gave him a $1000 check. After inspection of the work, 3 of the 4 bodies had "orange peel", large pieces of dirt, areas that were not cleared at all and in many places the original green body underneath the blue was not even painted! They were so bad, I would have been embarrassed to offer to my customers. 1 was okay enough to use - A lot of dirt in the paint - Not good but fair. So I sold it to a customer that wanted a cheap not good cart.

Since then Lee picked up the other 3 bodies and agreed they were horrible. "I really didn't look at them before I delivered them" is what he said. That was in October, 2019. It is now late February 2020 and I keep getting the, " I will get them to you at the end of the week" lie. It should of only taken 1-2 days to do the work. It has been 5 months. I will be taking him to court in March, if he does resolve this by the end of this week
