Charging too much and the job not completely done. Cleaning charges is *** Moving out meaning cleaning everything In and out including washing/Cleaning the carpet for 1 room and living room. But the carpet not being wash and clean. So my landlord complaining and I have to pay him *** for cleaning the carpet.
Refund Just give my money back that's all, Because she is not doing the right thing and she lied to me specialy the job is not completely done. As a customer I'm not totally happy and not satisfied also I'm almost get in trouble to my landlord, The cleaning lady is really this disappointing me and she promised me I will get my money back. For some reason she don't want to give my money back.
