Review: I turned in a brand new dress to Quality Cleaning for dry cleaning and they accepted the dress and for which I had prepaid for cleaning it. Today, August 20th, when my daughter went to pick it up, they gave her the dress back with damages [white bleach like spots on it] and said they were not able to clean it and gave a refund of $3.00. The dress looks like someone tried to cleane it but was not successful. I tried to handle this issue with them but they are denied it and are saying they did not even touch it when it is not true. If that was the case then why did they take it for cleaning to begin with?The owner, Jaime Hernandez was not there but I took his name from his employee.
