complaint dated Fri.7/22/16, The customer had a copy of the contract since date of deposit that clearly shows to leave all rip-up at curb. (Deposit Date: 5/24/16.) At that time, I would think if there could be a problem, or issue with the City in regards to an fine, she would of said something then. She is putting the blame on us, when it is the home owner's responsibility to know the rules of the city in regards to trash.She clearly did not want to pay for trash removal by our company at time of the sale. Our company has dumpster at the warehouse, and we are charged to dispose of any trash too.I am sorry she feels that this is are responsibility, but it is not.Thank you. Kim S[redacted]
