I recently took my car in for a heater issue. I was told I needed a water pump, new thermostat, and coolant flushed for the amount of $715.00. The next day I took it to the dealership, and was told that I did not need any of the above mentioned. It turned out to be a clogged heater coil. It was flushed out and I was on my way with heat. $181.00.I stopped back to talk to them and they were shocked that I paid that much to have it fixed. My comment was that it was about $550.00 less than they were going to charge me. I was not happy.

From the moment I pulled in with my car they seemed put out and reluctant to help me. I needed a new fuel pump put in my gas tank. They said they found one for $300.00. I bought one at an auto parts store for $62.00. They were rude and unhelpful. On top of which they tried to overcharge me for everything. I am going to warn people off this business.

I have scheduled regular maintenance of my vehicles over the past 10 years or so (oil/filter, alignments, that kind or work). Always good service & results, courteous, especially like the computer printouts of the results of the assessment. They have discounts in Thursday paper sometimes. Usually they beat other prices by a Revdex.com accredited shop with A+ rating. I checked the Revdex.com rating today because I am thinking of a battery purchase and have not checked their rating recently. I asked and they gave me a copy of the battery warranty in advance = great.
