Hello Mr. Kloepfer,Mr. [redacted] came in to the dealership to cancel the Allstate Extended Service Contract he had purchased when he bought his 2007 Ford F-150 on March 1st, 2016.  He was advised by our Finance Manager, [redacted]s, that he can definitely cancel the Extended Service Contract, but...

due to it being included in his finance contract, the balance would go to the bank and be applied to his loan balance.  Mr. [redacted] opted not to cancel because by doing so would not lower his truck payment. We have tried repeatedly to contact Mr. [redacted] at the only contact number he gave us, [redacted], but could not reach him or leave a voicemail.  I have sent Mr. [redacted] a Certified letter explaining that he can absolutely cancel his Extended Service Contract at any time and to please contact me at his earliest convenience.  Attached is the letter that I have sent.  If you have any questions or if there is anything else that you need from me to satisfy this matter, please let me know. Thank you very much, [redacted]General ManagerGlockner of Ironton[redacted]    [redacted]
