Contractor installed bathroom tile back in February 2019 but did not complete installing the bullnose corner on one bathroom. By April 2019, the grout lines in one bathroom began falling apart. In April, contractor said he would come and finish the job and fix the grout. Did not come back until September and still the grout fell apart. It is now the end of October and contractor requested pictures, which were provided, clearly showing the grout coming apart and contractor has not responded to calls to fix the issue he said he would fix. Multiple times prior, he has scheduled a date and months go by without anything being done.
