Having bill of sale in hand, signed, owner says he don't have to honor that... He's claiming I owe him 2000 more than agreement
01/19/2020 went to lot and enquired about pay off
Owner claims 1500.
Documents support I financed 1995.00 on 7/2/2019.
Documents support I've paid 1875.00.
His receipt book is correct at the top, with down payment, and taxes
But at the bottom, the amount financed is wrong.
And he refuses to allow bill of sale to correct their mistake
Honor agreement, allow me to pay it off, and release title.
