I am writing in regards to ID. # [redacted].I went to the customers house in July 2015 through the insurance company because the Pressure reducing valve was leaking. This was not covered under her warranty. The customers deductible is $75.00 regardless if the repair is covered or not. The customer did...

not pay me the deductible when I was there the first time but agreed to pay me when I came back to do the repair. After the repair was completed the bill totaled $287.00 which included the $75.00 deductible. The customer did pay the agreed upon total but is now disputing the deductible portion of the bill. The customer claimed the repair took 40 minutes but she was not taking into consideration the time I spent traveling to my supply house to purchase the parts. The total time spent on her job was actually 2.5 hours. I feel I do not owe her a $75.00 refund.[redacted]
