The company is attempting to collect $59.00 for non-repair and misinformation. The repair company alleged to be needed was not the correct repair.
During the scheduling of the service the customer service clerk and or owner did not explain to me they were not a legitimate large appliance company with their on parts supply.
The day of the appointment the technician was a fast talking charlatan that begin to show me old pictures of his, so called days with Whirlpool, however admitting he had no Samsung repair experience. He proceeded with his inspection by removing the back panel and removing one part cylindrical shaped. He went on to tell me that the front & rear rollers need replacing along with the drum belt. He explained to me that would be $59.00 upfront as well as the cost of the parts upfront for which he did not have. He called some warehouse to order the parts and I should pay him up front and he would return to do the repair sometime later that day. I refused to pay, because I told him if that was the SOP I should have been informed of this during the scheduling and I would have not hired you. The dryer has since been repaired by another company and it was not any of the parts or issues Quality Appliance said it was. In fact it was the Dryer Idler that had burned out.
I want the company to reimburse me for lost wages for December 07, 2018 in the amount of $337.52 for day. Also the company should explain in detail to their potential customers how they operate and the lack of skills the technician may or may not have.
Our company does have a service call which is $59.00, the customer was inform about our service charge, I explain to him the service call will applied to your diagnosis & paired if you go with our company, We gurantee our Service call for thirty days and parts if needed we gurantee for a year. Customer was always advise that it will require a deposit on parts as well, also customer was not told that we was a parts company that we have parts in stock. Customer want tech to purchase the parts and fix it, & pay after job was done. Advise customer thats not the way our company works. Customer got upset refuse to sign ticket & didnt want to pay for the diagnosis. We refuse to pay customer any reimburse for lost wages. Customer had two hour timed frame for his repair. Customer pick time. It was morning or aternoon repair.

The company used deceptive practices to obtain new business. The company misdiagnosed the issues with the dryer (a) I was informed I needed front and rear rollers (b) I was informed I needed a new pulley.
The repair for the dryer was not any of the parts the company said I needed. The part needed for the repair was defective idler removed and replaced by Appliance Time Inc on 12/13/2018.
The company was misleading in parts availability they themselves had no parts readily on hand, when in fact I was to pay the technician for parts he did not have.
I do not accept the company deceptive fraudulent response.
