I have had 2 bad experience with this company in 12 months. The first was back in July I had called to differ a payment for the first time, I had payed a $35 charge fee for the service but was still charged as the institution took my money out of my bank! The second was today when a supervisor told me that I could not push back my payment date. I have had an account in green for almost over a year now but would never recommend them to anyone..... [redacted] poor customer service with a negative attitude as well as employees that lack in customer service. This is on account # XXX-XXXXXX

Quality acceptance I will never when tell anyone about them. I bought a 2008 town and country and I drove for three months then I broke down engine went. I ask them to come get it that I felt it was fruitless to keep paying on something that just don't work. So they did now I have a repo on my credit. It says charge off like what I paid and I told them to come get it how dare these crooked people. There all non speaking English people so I won't be surprise If there fraud company. Now I have to fix the issue that this company put on my credit report yes I'm upset that's not the way to operate a business. Shut them down
