We have been with quality for 2 years. Nothing but problems. Have had 4 or more property managers. The last one was great they fired her.
They promise everything and deliver nothing.

I have delt with several property management companys before and this is by far th worst for fixing a repair issue and returning calls. I called them. 9 days ago about a leaking roof and its ruining the ceiling and still no return call. All I can say is find someone dependable if your lookin for a good company.
