Review: This is the history of events I ordered a lock on 6/**. I get billed on 6/**. NO lock was delivered. I cancelled and request a credit on my cc on 7/**. Received lock after and sent it back 8/**. NO credit has been issued as of 9/**. On 9/** a manager [redacted], asks me for a proof of delivery… I don't have proof of delivery, the item was sent via USPS. All this is backed up by emails. We believe we deserve a credit.Desired Settlement: A refund is the least I should get. NOte that I let the card be charged on 6/** and no lock was received until 8/**.

Would it be possible to get an order number or an invoice from the gentleman ? I do not show that he placed an order in June as he says.

Review: I have returned a part under their RGA system. It was received on May **, 2014. My checking account has still not been credited back for this returned item. I have spoken to [redacted] every other day and he has assured me that he was working on the issue. As of today, June **, 2014, my checking account has not been credited back.Desired Settlement: I would hope that Qualified Hardware would credit mychecking account.
