I am a current owner of Foxridge Home (Qualico company) in [redacted] I have never seen a lack of details in a new house like what I see in my house. The finishing is just [redacted]. Here is a small list of the things happened since I got the house in [redacted]:
- Sewer back up and flooded the basement in the first week of living in the house due to gravel and rocks left by the company.
- Uneven wood floor finish. The wood doesn't extend all the way to the wall correctly leaving large gaps.
- Hole in drywall fixed by paper.
- Electrical mapping of the light is just non-sense with electrical switches that do nothing.
- Produced wrong engineering drawings of the house. After the house was built, it turned out there is no step leading to the house. This makes the entrance to the house with the same level as the sidewalk.
- Nails sticking everywhere.
- [redacted] plumbing overall.
The list goes on!
