Review: I left 2 cashmere dresses with the cleaner in April 2014 for cleaning and storage. I picked up the dresses in November 2014. I wore one of the dresses on [redacted], November **, 2014 and noticed there were threads hanging from what appeared to be knots in the dress and many little holes all over the dress. When I got home that evening, I turned the dress inside out and discovered that big holes were sewn together all over the dress. Many little holes were all over the dress. I checked the other dress and saw the same issue. When I picked up the dresses, the [redacted] did not mention any issues to me.

I stopped by the cleaners on [redacted], November **, 2014 and showed him the dresses. He immediately said it was my fault as I must have a moth problem in my home. I told him I have no such problem in my home and perhaps the holes were caused due to improper cleaning at his establishment. He continued to blame me for the holes and said that his shop repaired the bigger holes for me for free. I asked him why none of this was mentioned to me when I picked up the dress. He did not answer my question and insisted I had a moth issue at my home. He did not offer any refund or compensation for my 2 ruined garments. He continued to talk about a moth problem in my home. I told him this was insulting and he said he didn't think a moth issues was such a big deal.

I asked for a copy of the receipt for the cleaning. At that time he ran to the back of the store and would not come back to answer any more of my questions.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the current value of the dresses (1 year old) and the dry cleaning / storage cost.
