[redacted] I have tried unsuccessfully to contact you by FAX and telephone to advise you of our incorrect response to [redacted] complaint. I left a message today at Revdex.com of CT at the Accredation Dept.extension. Once the incorrect response was posted we were unable to retrieve it and/or notify Revdex.com...

[redacted] also has an address of [redacted] as our records indicate and we were not advised she had a refurbished unit which carries a 90 day warranty. As a gesture of good will and on a one time only basis we have ordered a replacement coffee maker for her which carries a three year warranty.
Consumer does not advise the Model No: of the Food Processor she is asking for a replacement blade for.
Consumer sent an electronic communication to Conair Corporation this date advising she has received our return postage and is sending the subject hair clip.
A replacement blade will be sent in a few days to the consumer.
A unit was sent to the consumer on November 14, 2015. I have relayed this information by telephone to Mr. [redacted] and have given him my contact information if he has any further questions.
A replacement blade has been re-ordered for this consumer, it should be arriving in 7-10 days.
A REPLACEMENT BLADE WILL BE SENT TO THE CONSUMER WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS.

We are not replacing food processors, only blades. If not already done so a replacement blade will be sent within seven (7) days.
Our Customer Service Division advises that a replacement skillet has been ordered for him. He also received an electronic communication advising him of the status of his replacement.

I am rejecting this response because: they have access to my records - I have called them twice and they know my model number. Just in case = my model number is dlc-2009chb as submitted...
