Me and my family recently moved into Quail Gardens 5/They showed us a model but would not show us the apt that we were moving intoWhen we did our walk through of the apt we noticed roaches in the aptWe took one of the killed roaches up to property management which all the would do is put us on pest control logPest Control said they bated the apt but the roaches still are coming out of the walls sinks and ventsI stuck in a years lease have no idea what to do from hereJust moved out of a mold infested apt cannot afford to move againProperty Management has the reputation to evict on the smallest premisesI feel we were fooled into renting this apt and have to walk on egg shells

When we did our walk through of the apt we noticed roaches in the apt. We took one of the killed roaches up to property management which all the would do is put us on pest control log.
