Review: When you purchase a product from this company, you are awarded "points" which can be redeemed for certain future purchases. When I tried to order one of these products, I wasn't told the product was unavailable until I contacted customer service more than a week later. I was told the product would be re-stocked within a couple of days. It has now been 12 days. In the meantime, the company has billed my credit card for another product I ordered at the same time, without shipping the product.

Long story short, the company is advertising redeemable products for items that do not exist, and it is billing credit cards without sending product. This amounts to fraud.Desired Settlement: If the company is advertising non-existant products it either needs to stop, or send a suitable replacement product at its own expense. It is fraudulent to advertise a product that does not exist. It is also fraudulent to bill a customer for a product, without shipping the product.

Thank you for reaching out to us we appreciate your concern. Quadrocopter has been in direct contact with the customer and explained our policy. Customer verbally agreed on 09/18/2014 that he would contact you and remove/rescind this dispute since it has been mitigated. Customer now understands our policy regarding fulfilling orders out of stock. We will ship this as soon as it arrives at our facility. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to make sure our clients are completely satisfied.
