Neo post sent me equipment that is unable to connect (defective) on 08/02/17. I called several times to try to get the equipment to work, but was unable to get the issue resolved. I tried for over a month to troubleshoot the issue and reach back to the original sales rep to get the equipment working or the service canceled and send the equipment back. The sales rep did not respond to any calls or emails during that 30 day time frame. I called on 09/06/17 to cancel the account with customer service. They told me that the sales rep was the only one that would be able to cancel the account. I hung up and called back and asked for a supervisor. She gave me a case number and told me to email a letter with specific info to a specific email address and a cancellation would be processed within 7 days. The same day the sales rep called and stated he was mailing more equipment (a wifi adaptor specifically). He stated he was overnighting this, but the equipment never came. I again emailed and called for updates and to reach him, but no response at all was provided. I called customer service again on 09/12/17 to verify the account is canceled and they again said the unresponsive sales rep is the ONLY person that can help me. I have spent many hours of my time on this and I have provided written documentation on my company letter head stating my request to cancel and the reason why being that the equipment has never worked. I cannot seem to get in touch with anyone that can actually help.
