I am rejecting this response because: I received the notification that my complaint (#***) was closed due to no responseI appreciate the help that the Revdex.com has done, but did want to add one more final comment in response to the company's reply (Quad Cities Nissan)I was contacted and I did talk to the manager about the issues, and we had an agreement as far as how unprofessional the situation wasHe did offer me complementary service, as he noted in the response, however I was incredibly frustrated because that is their protocol (all customers get their first time service done for free at Quad Cities, and that was my first time)He was very misleading about that proposition/resolution. In either regards, I was given an apology, and now wish for no other contact.Thank you,*** ***
