The balance due at the time of move out as stated is correct. Mr*** received an emailed document stating what his current balance was which was $2744.86. We received both payments, one for $and another for $811.75. The Assistant Manager has been in constant
contact with Mr*** via phone and email with updates to his account and balance statements. Mr*** is correct in his calculations of the balance owed currently To date the balance owed is $to prevent any further collection preceding this balance is due immediately. Upon receipt of this final payments all collections attempts will discontinue.
