I went to Sterling Optical for a routine eye exam on February 13th, Per Doctor S [redacted] my prescription had changedI have [redacted] Health insurance [redacted] So I chose new eyeglasses framesI made a $cash deposit (refundable) and was told the glasses would be ready in weeksOn March 2nd, 2018, I went to pick up my eye glasses were the wrong color and did not fitI asked for my deposit back, but I was told I would need to speak to the manager, Greg C***, but he wasn't availableSo I chose another set of frames, and was told the glasses would be ready in weeksOn March 20th, 2018, I was notified my eye glasses were ready for pick upThe manager, Greg C***, showed me the new glassesI tried them on they were bentAt this point I became disgusted with Sterling Optical's serviceI told him the glasses were unacceptable and I wanted my $deposit backHe refused, telling me he gave my cash deposit to [redacted] Health and that I should call
