I will gladly come out to repair the steam shower unit which the manufacturer believes and has identified as a defective steam generator. Also any tile work that the homeowner is unhappy with
or deficient with, I will gladly replace/ repair/ completed for him. As copies of the steam shower information was provided by the manufacturer at the time of delivery, I will gladly provide all copies of the unit model information and manufacturers contact information to the homeowner as well. As I recall returning the key, I would like to offer to supplying and installing new keyed locks for the homeowner at no charge. Also, the job has been paid for in full and there are no outstanding payments
