I am rejecting this response because:I spoke with Mr*** in December and I'm sure he has conveniently forgotten our conversation, I clearly remember speaking with him and he called the salesman to have him contact me and if he doesn't have the responsibility of completing the job then he needs to refund me the money I have paid him for this shoddy job, regardless of what percentage he had in the business which I don't believe it was only 10% he should still be responsible to complete the job to my satisfaction, I paid for premium cabinets and I got less than premium cabinets and the job is still not complete
