sold me a 2-pack of preparation H on march 20, 2020 that expiration date is 4/2020, sent email right away indicating the fault in their sales and they did not reply.. I received item today 03-19-2020 I sent a 2nd email that they should send me a return label so I could sent item back to them and they have not replied. all this leads me to imply that they probably buy these expired lots and w/no consideration for a customer hate to also imply that ebay is in compliance yet they obviously don't check on these episodes of which I've a few to my experience.

Review: I'm a online buyer in China. I've bought a lot of merchandise from Clinique online and asked QQEX to forward them back to me in China.

But when I received my package I found it's broken and my 400ml toner in it was totally broken. Then I asked a full refund but the Customer Service Representative reject my requirement. I had paid them full freight and full price insurence for my merchandise. Why did they reject to refund me? I still have some remaining freight to use next time. I have asked to withdraw my unused freight, but they refused me, asking me to pay a very high fees for withdrawl.

I don't know how such dishonest and cheating can happen. That's why I am writing email to you for your help on this. Pls help to investigate what kind of company this is. I want my refuned. Many thanks.

And by the way, I know this company has change the address. They now in [redacted]. I think it must be many customers complain them and they change their address. Pls help to investigate. Thanks.Desired Settlement: 23USD Refund.
