I went into Arbor the other day to have a minor repair done on my old car-which I love. The owner was there and we chatted a few minutes about what I needed done. We then went outside to have a look; a service man then came out and joined us. Before long, my problem was solved. They were both very patient and very kind to me and genuinely wanted to help me out. Often when a job is small and more trouble than it's worth people don't want to do it; but here at Arbor, they cared. When a company treats me well on the small things it really tells me that they see me as a person not just a dollar sign. I highly recommend Arbor Body Shop knowing that on any size job they would treat you with respect like they did me, and do a great job.
