We have gotten majorly screwed in the past by one person who came to our door looking to "help" us out by repairing our roof He seemed very helpful at first, working with our insurance companyBut as soon as we received the check from our insurance company, he took off and we never heard from againWe were left with no new roof and out $3,000!
Thankfully, QE Restoration came along and was able to save the dayBrandon K*** worked with us and our insurance company to make sure that the roof was properly inspected and that all of the repairs would be coveredOur insurance company gave approval for the work to be done and we were able to repair our roof very quicklyThe team did a great job and we were able to customize the color of the roof and figure out what we wanted it to look like beforehand with the handy online simulatorThank goodness for that, because I might have chosen a different colorAll in all, we are very pleased with the roof and the job that QE Restoration completedThank you, Brandon and Austin for being amazing and for restoring our faith in roofers!
